Except for all Subscription based plans and one time charges, Global Support Solutions has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. Within the first 30 days, a customer may obtain a full or partial refund from Global Support Solutions if they are not satisfied with the level of services they have received. Global Support Solutions will have the right to deduct service charges incurred during such time and to prorate their refund.
You will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved. Our experts have not been able to resolve your issues as per instruction received. 30 days have not passed since the issue was last worked on by a Global Support Solutions expert.
